Just sell to merchant, none of its max dmg...or you can sit in ascalon switching districts and spaming something like weapons for low levels and see if anyone buys but Ive never tried it but I always see people doing this. The value of these items are under 1k each so I wouldnt waste the time trying to sell them in ascalon.
